The HIPER Lab (Harris Integrated Photonic and Electronics Laboratory) at Texas A&M University is committed to research and development of advanced solid state semiconductor devices. Sponsored by NSF, member companies and the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University, the lab¡¯s research area spreads through CMOS and Silicon technology, materials integration, novel electrical and physical device and material characterization, III-V compounds and nano-photonics, self-embedded nano-technology and supercritical fluid processing and deposition. The members of HIPER Lab have published over 70 publications in influencing technical journals and conferences up to date. Under the leadership of Dr. Harlan Rusty Harris, the HIPER Lab research team is committed to high quality of novelty and applicability of their research projects. |
