Ece undergraduate program
Thank you for your interest in undergraduate studies in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Texas A&M University. The Department offers two distinct degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering. These are diverse but related disciplines involving a variety of fields, including telecommunication systems and networks, electronics and solid state devices, biomedical systems, control systems, power systems and computer architecture. We are continuously ranked in the top 15 in the nation by US News and World Report. We have over 65 tenured/tenure track faculty and over 1000 undergraduate students. The opportunities for undergraduate students to participate in research projects, study abroad programs, and even pursue a master's degree while earning their baccalaureate make joining our undergraduate programs an excellent choice!
